Jessica is always so kind. It is nice to have a provider that makes you feel comfortable and able to discuss even the tough things. She and her staff are wonderful. You may have time that you wait longer than expected, but you are always given the time you need as well.

I myself work in a medical facility and I know one patient/employee being late can cause time constraints and is out of everyone else's control. We do everything as a team to make sure our patients are aware, to avoid an overcrowded waiting room. That being said, I waited over an hour in the waiting room. My provider spoke with the front desk staff as she was running one hour behind schedule, and asked them to let her patients know. I was DEFINITELY NOT told this when checking in. How hard is it for front desk staff to communicate this message. I would have never stayed in the waiting room surrounded around a bunch of sick individuals. Advocate do better and come up with a system that avoids your lazy front desk staff. I pre checked in.. I can definitely check in myself upon arrival. Better yet, you have an online portal, utilize it and have a message sent out to avoid this situation. I dread coming to this facility and if it wasn't for my provider, I would never return.
