Jessica was very thorough, professional and personable. She explained everything in detail regarding my diagnosis and treatment plan and made sure I understood everything before leaving the office. I was advised to call or message her on the portal if I have worse symptoms or no improvement or if I have any questions or concerns. Jessica is a very caring individual and does her job exceptionally well.
