I don't really know if my survey is valid. , I had an appt with Jessica Gonzales and I ended up seeing her nurse practitioner student. Although I agreed to see the student I thought that I'd actually spend time with Jessica as well, but I think out of my entire visit I saw her for all or maybe 2 minutes. She initially introduced herself and then left. She came back after I had my entire visit with the student and basically came back and said I confirm with her plan. I was a new patient to her so I really wish she would have spent the time to get to know me, and my medical history and concerns. Her student did great though and I did get what I came for, but I can't say I had an appt with the correct person. I feel like if I ever come back to see her I'll be a new patient all over again.

Jessica Gonzales is excellent and I would recommend her to anyone. She listens and explains thins clearly.

Jessica Gonzales NP truly cares . She is an excellent provider! She is so knowledgeable and thorough in everything she does. I truly appreciate how she added me to her busy schedule. I will never forget her kindness to me.

Jessica is always so kind. It is nice to have a provider that makes you feel comfortable and able to discuss even the tough things. She and her staff are wonderful. You may have time that you wait longer than expected, but you are always given the time you need as well.
