Asking me to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and I've never been taken in on time.

It was far too much time between when I had my appointment versus when I was admitted. If they need to set a later appointment time that would be better than having me go in so early only to wait for almost an hour before being seen. I had to take time off of work to get there at the time they had available.

Dr. is a very understanding and concerning person. I always feel comfortable talking with her. I have the feeling that she always has my best interest in mind.

Jessica did a fantastic job during my visit. I felt very calm with her and she made everything clear. I'll be coming to her next time.

She was very patient in answering my questions and concerns and I greatly appreciate the printed handout with instructions that she gave to me at the end of my appointment.
