The providers always are very concerned and patient. They make sure I'm update with all my meds, vaccine, and monitoring my sugar levels.

Jessica was very pleasant and professional. She was very patient and took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them without making me feel rushed.

I did not appreciate having to sign forms related to medication I've been taking for several years, without incident. The prescription was ordered incorrectly (30 days, should have been 90 day supply). This necessitates extra trips to pharmacy and increased risk of exposure to covid. In office, masking compliance and quality was very poor. Paper/surgical masks offer inferior protection compared to n95. Several staff were not masked. Advocate attempted to bill me before the appointment even took place. (I had already provided my medicaid information via telephone as well as in the livewell patient portal). I was never told in advance to fast for blood work. It reflects poorly on Advocate that obtaining funds for services YET rendered is prioritized over patient care. Thank you.
