I liked Dr. Pflum's personality. He was attentive and not overly clinical.

I came to see Dr. Pflum as a second opinion after a not so great experience with a different Aurora ENT. Even though he was running slightly behind due to circumstances outside of his control, he took his time with me and my appointment and made me feel heard. He had a genuine conversation with me about my health concerns and options as it pertains to treatment and did not push me into any procedures as the "only option". It was a very reassuring experience and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Pflum's bedside manner and attentive ear.
