I loved the office and everyone I met in it.

Staff is very kind Dr pflum is Always very thorough He explains Everything so you understand it. He is a very Good ENT Doctor!! He did a great job on my deviated septum.. I TRUST HIM AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND HIM TO ANYONE!! Office is Very very clean also I do enjoy my doctor visits I don't ever dread going. They see you in reasonable amounts of time The wait is Never long or dragging.

Excellent Service

The timing of the appointment was very poorly managed. At first I was told 9:30,then a hearing test was added. That finished at 9:45, then I waited until about 10:35 to see the MD. The next time I will ask for a much clearer indication of the actual time I will see the MD. Also, the staff should have more info about the costs of the drugs they prescribe. The first one was to cost $40 with no insurance coverage. The second one was to cost $100 with insurance coverage. I decided I could stand having itchy ears at those prices.
