Dr. Pflum is fantastic! He is an extremely talented surgeon but also has a great "bedside manner". He lets you know you are important to him and welcomes your questions and comments always. I am so thankful that he has been my doctor.
Overall I had a very informative and positive experience.
The 8 minute appointment with the doctor was a joke, a ripoff to the insurance company and not worth the time. Basically was told if I want a hearing aid to make an appointment for a consultation with very little information along with the visit
I was very comfortable and relaxed during my visit, it was very evident that they cared about me and my situation. As good a visit to the "Doctor" that l have experienced, although I've had very few other than regular yearly checkups. Thanks

Dr. Pflum and his staff are an organized team! His Medical Assistant verified and updated my record. When Dr. Pflum arrived, he introduced me to his PA student observing in clinic, and he then asked questions about my current status/symptoms and listened carefully. He respects my concerns and informed me at prior visits to be aware of changes. I feel very reassured that I can follow up with him to determine next steps if the situation changes. Whenever I have to see Dr. Pflum, it's always a pleasant & informative visit. In the short time I have know him, I would have to say he's a great doctor, and a genuinely nice person. He's always concerned about your health and well being.
