Friendly doctor easy to talk to.

I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Pflum. I felt comfortable. I came in for a second opinion with a complicated case. His staff were very helpful. Dr. Pflum was a great listener and explained things well.

Dr. Pflum is a great doctor. He knew my history and did a thorough exam. He listened intently and I highly recommend him.

The staff is always very helpful, understanding and they make you feel the comfort of knowing you are in good hands. The questions about your health are taken into account no matter how difficult it may seem.

I am very happy with the care I received

I was very impressed with Dr. Pflum, who was new to us. He was seeing my husband for the first time. He answered questions coming from both of us. I am in the market for an ENT and after my husband's experience with him, I may make myself an appointment. One thing is that you need more seats in the waiting room.
