My experience was informational and productive. I was pleased with Dr. Pflum's patience and concern regarding my visit. He explained things in such a way I could understand. He was humble, calm, professional, and very knowledgeable! Although we were not able to resolve my medical issue, Dr. Pflum allowed me to ask all of my medical questions without feeling rushed!
