Dr. Pflum has been great. It is a blessing that we found him. He researched info on my husband's rare disease and recommended a treatment that might not have even worked. The Botox injections in my husband's jaw took his pain from a 9-10 to a 3-4. We are very grateful. Also, Dr. Pflum was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and so much more. His staff was great too.

Everyone in Dr. Pflum's office was very kind, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. My daughter, my son, and I were all very impressed with Dr. Pflum's professionalism and caring manner. He is very bright and yet not condescending to a patient's concerns, questions, and comments. Meeting with him has removed a lot of the fear I felt over my upcoming surgery and after care.

Dr. Pflum notified receptionist that he was running about 20 minutes late which was relayed to patients in waiting area. I expect doctors to be late so to me this was on time. Sat down, listened, answered questions, did exam and explained scans (shown to me on screen) thoroughly. Went over plan of care. Appreciated all staff working that day. Thanks for taking a manual blood pressure...not just push a button type!
