Unrelated to the provider, the parking at the Clark/Halsted/Barry office has long been a problem and absolutely needs to be figured out immediately. There is ko available parking during the day, and it's obvious there are cars left in that lot overnight. There is no venue to provide this feedback on the website or while in the building. Why is there no ability to communicate feedback to Advocate via any other manner than sending a message to my provider? Certainly my care team has more important things to worry about.
