First, there was a confusion with my insurance. I was told that my insurance is out of network, even though I explained the situation when I was checking in. I don't think it's the staff fault but it's not helpful when you are going to have your blood pressure check during the visit. I wished someone have called me that there is a problem with my insurance prior to my appointment because I pre-checked in a week before my appointment with my new Insurance information, the aggravation could have been avoided. I was rescheduled the next day, in which I wasted at least 2 days of work. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes and another 10 minutes before I was seen by my provider.

The only issue I had was how I was treated during my blood draw after my appointment with Dr Klarquist. The woman who drew my blood was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly did not want to be there. I understand that there are a lot of people today who don't care about their job and think it is fine to treat others like garbage, but there are limits.

Once there, very very fast to get seen by a nurse and the doctor! Think the entire process took less than an hour including lab work at the end. Though booking / wait times for appointments is very very long
