It's incredibly inefficient and an enormous waste of time for the patient. 80% of the time I'm there is spent waiting for someone to come to the room or for them to type things in the computer. Really disrespectful of patients time.
Entire staff from beginning in the lobby, the nursing staff and the doctor were above average. And I was happy with my experience with this care provider.

Dr is great. However, the message portal is almost worthless as you have to get through so many layers before the actual dr reads your note (if ever). This is extremely frustrating
Dr Klarquist is a great doctor!
The ability to communicate is a problem. The operator screens calls but things get lost in communication when you go through three different people to get messages to the doctor.
