He has an excellent "bedside manner." He is down to earth, kind, and friendly. He knows about my medical history and issues, and always provides great referrals when I need them. I really look forward to seeing him for my medical visits.

The entire time of the appointment all of medical staff and Dr klarquist were always attentive and inquire about about any questions I may have.

It's unclear what "provided an appointment in a timely manner" is supposed to mean. To GET the appointment, I first tried the web site, which said the first available appointment was FOUR MONTHS away! I then called the office and got an appointment that was about a month away from the day I called. This is a good way to train patients not to use your web site. As for the actual appointment itself, I arrived early but was called back to the examining room late and saw the doctor after another delay. It wasn't a huge inconvenience, but not ideal. However, everyone in the office treated me with great kindness and professionalism.

Dr Tom and his staff are consistently professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I and my spouse are very pleased with their care at this practice.
