I would still like to see a more realistic handling of accurate appointment times. Proper patient care may require appointments that are spaced out to more accurately reflect the wait-time experience we are currently seeing.

If the term "care provider" is restricted to Dr. Klarquist no further (positive) comments here to augment an already strongly positive opinion of my visit yesterday. If "care provider" includes the corporate entity note I am shocked this annual visit now includes a $110.00 copay-fee up over five times from the $20.00 paid formerly. The increase was just suddenly "there." Seniors on small and limited funds cannot easily sustain a $90 increase and will be loathe to return one supposes. Eating prevails alas and alack.

I've seen Tom Klarquist for over a decade and have always received the top level of care. What is amazing is how calming he is when working with a patient and knowing the fine line of when to watch and listen to a symptom and when to act/referral. He's been wonderful and I feel fortunate to have him as my PCP
