Doctor Klarquist is always genial and informative, and seems genuinely concerned.

My provider forgot to ask if I wanted the flu and pneumonia vaccine. He also didn't talk about getting the most recent Covid vaccine. I have scheduled these vaccines on my own at my pharmacy.

Busy day but everyone was very kind and thoughtful.

Dr. Klarquist is my primary care doctor and he is great. I always come away from my visits with a strong sense of his skill and attentiveness. Also, his medical assistant (I believe her name is Roxanna) is also terrific. Over the years I've been a patient at Advocate I've always felt well-cared for. I have only two complaints: getting an appointment sometimes takes months, which is a frustration. And my insurance (BlueCrossBlueShield) is apparently no longer accepted [it used to be]. This is definitely a problem for me. I've had to decline a number of referrals provided by Dr. Klarquist because of issues with either my insurance or with Medicare.
