The only complaint I had was how long it took to be seen. My appointment was at 10:15 and I got there early to check in, I didn't actually talk to my provider until 10:45.

This was my first visit to Theresa Baseley and Aurora Healthcare. Theresa was great and so was her LPN. The office help was very helpful.

I waited in the waiting room for a while to find out I never got checked in. Once I actually went up, I was seen in a timely manner. Provider was nice and helpful. Medical assistant unprofessional.
