Awesome care provider

this is my sixth year of seeing theresa and I am very satisfied with her being my provider

Doctor was great.

everyone in the clinic was very pleasant and professional, making me feel welcomed and comfortable

She was very friendly and thorough and looked my medical history up on the computer. She took time with me. I didn't feel like she was hurrying through the appointment. The only drawback, My wait from the time the nurse called me back, took my BP, etc, until Theresa came into the room was well over a half hour. Also, I waited a long time for my prescription to be filled.

Your centralized phone calls, nurse triage system, etc. are not good. It takes an act of congress to get through to my provider's office & it's really an unpleasant experience. I am working on getting a second opinion from another large health system, and when I called, the experience was so much better than what it is with Advocate Aurora. This is no reflection on my provider, or anyone who works immediately at my provider's office. They are all fantastic!

Each time I'm there.. I wait for approximately 40-45 minutes to see the provider... seems like a long time

Theresa was very friendly,upbeat and positive. She asked me specific and detailed questions about my health history and corrected some wrong information on my chart. We found we have a lot in common. I really liked her.

I really appreciate Theresa B. She's very caring and easy to talk to. I trust her.
