I had hoped that a virtual visit first thing in the morning would not run behind schedule, but it started almost 20 minutes late. Other than that I don't have any issues.
I feel that the health care professionals treat aging patients pretty generic. Why ask questions and treat all older people the same way? I don't really feel that health care professionals treat individuals, they ask the same general questions and never truly answer my questions. The follow up notes on my file are not necessary true statements but rather the health care professional's opinion based on a few items I may have asked.

I'll never schedule a 7am appt. After getting multiple text to be there 15min early, I Show up at 6:45 and the reception doesn't start til 7. The nurse doesn't even take me back until 7:20. Provider comes in close to 7:40-45. This was the second 7am appt this happened to me. The other one everyone was so late I left.
