I was thankful and impressed with the immediate care and response both Theresa Baseley and her nurse provided. I did not use the phone lines that Aurora has, as the phone line rarely connect you to the correct provider and are difficult to navigate. In this age of advanced communication I am surprise that Aurora has such an outdated system especially when other health care organizations allow you to call your providers offices directly. The Aurora website is helpful in connecting with one's provider and I was very grateful at the quick response to my message and the phone call I received to make an appointment. I would hope that Aurora would make the portal messaging system a little less complex to use. I am thankful I do have some computer skills, but I realize not everyone does. Overall, it was worth all the extra effort to struggle through Aurora's challenging communicate system to receive care with Theresa Baseley, her nurse and staff as the care I received was EXCELLENT!

Listens and so easy to talk to. It was like having Coffee with a friend.

Other than waiting almost an hour from check in which was about 40 min past my appt time, my visit was fine. The staff and Therese are very good at their jobs and made me feel very comfortable.
