Didn't appreciate 35 minute wait to be taken back . Double booked as I heard another person scheduled at the same time to see same provider. Another 30 minute wait once in exam room. First negative experience in years, so not sure what's happening there. Patients time is valuable too.

Always a great experience. Friendly and cheerful. Would recommend aurora Always. Can't wait for the hospital to be do e. Just wish more specialists available more more than once a week

The nurse was wonderful.very nice would highly recommend her.she made me fell so comfortable.i have white coat bp but with the nurse I was very relaxed so my BP was good she listens well too.the doc is great that's why my daughter and I go to her

I feel very comfortable with Dr Baseley, she is very easy to talk with about my health concerns.

I was very happy the way Theresa was so very interested in what I was telling her about myself.
