My appointment was at 7 am, but the Dr didn't see me until after 7:15 am. The nurse I had was very friendly & the front staff was extremely helpful in scheduling upcoming appointments I needed to make. The Dr listened to me & didn't make me feel rushed at all. My only complaint is that even though I was the 1st patient of the day, things were still running behind.
Reviewed my lab work and scan. Neither of those were understandable to someone my age and with no medical background. The information came in the mail earlier, but had to wait for a Dr. appointment to understand. If it had been serious, I would have been very anxious. Is it possible to speed up the process? Timing is unacceptable!!!

I just felt like me an her didn't connect, She wasn't really listening to me when it came to things I cant do right now, due to financial issues with me taking care of my husband an my mother and also To take all these test an all these other doctors an specialist.
