She didn't give me satisfactory answers to my questions regarding my health problems.

Very disappointed in Dr.Nassif's lack of empathy and compassion in regards to my care. Dr.Nassif did not show any empathy during the visit. I felt like I was treated like a revolving door and not a patient. Also she completely dismissed an issue I was having and did not mention it at all in my medical chart. I recommend that Dr.Nassif take more time to listen to patients and their concerns and act less authoritatively and more like a human being.

I left the office upset since Dr. Nassif found a small lump on my breast after her clinical exam. I immediately called the Breast Center and a week later, I was having a mammogram and ultrasound on that area. Fortunately, nothing was found in that area. When Dr. Nassif uploaded the results, she mentioned it was benign, which confused me since I didn't have a biopsy and a lump was not located in that area. I know being preventative is critical to staying healthy, but the news during my visit wasn't pleasant and as expected, caused me to not have pleasant thoughts for a week. I know healthcare is very different these days, but I definitely needed a bit of compassion when it's mentioned a lump was found and what that means. It's just grateful the news was good. I don't want other patients to have to go through a ton of emotions after leaving a routine visit. I'm grateful the Breast Center found an opening fairly quick. I'm so grateful for that.
