First time meeting Dr. Nassif during my pregnancy. She knew my history, was thorough and informative. She was kind and gentle. I'll definitely see her again.

Beautiful location, visit with Dr. Nassif was smooth and quick. The MA might have been going through a rough morning because she seemed kind of short with me and she didn't take my height so asked me what it was and then entered it in my chart as two inches shorter than I stated (which I think affects my BMI calculation and is significant to me since we work for the same organization). She also didn't give the greatest instruction for my urine hcg; basically she said go across the hall, pee in the cup, and put the cup in the door to the side. I'm glad I know to ask follow up questions such as "Am I okay to leave after or do you need me for anything else?" because past the urine hcg, she was getting ready to walk away without providing me much else to go off of. Basically, I think it would be just a good reminder to close the loop on patient communication. Otherwise, it was super early in the morning which I totally understand but it's not the best look for patients who aren't in healthcare.
We had a great experience with our newborn daughter. Doctors and nurses spoke to us in a way that we could understand what was happening and that we could understand why she needed certain tests. We felt that we were in great hands and although we hope we don't need to visit again, we would trust the pediatric floor with our baby's needs again.
Not having to do with doctor, but more with office. I had 7:00 a.m. appointment, told to arrive 6:45 a.m. It was cold out and some distance to car. I have to walk back and forth to vehicle 3 times because the door did not open until 7:20 a.m. I guess nobody knew they were supposed to open the front door. I had to call the main number to tell them I was waiting outside. Not a pleasant experience.
Knowledgeable but lack of appointment availability. Told to get an ultrasound in 4 weeks and have to wait double that time! Unacceptable. Also, unwilling to work with pain issues.
