Communication about appointment time, what tests etc would be discussed in the appointment, and scheduling post appointment were very frustrating. Scheduling at random seems so odd, as I'm pregnant and have the same work schedule week to week. I was told there would be a urine test and blood work and instead the doctor wanted to give me a pelvic exam. The appointment was set for 12:30 and I didn't see the doctor for 15-20 minutes.

Thank you for creating a safe and easy to talk to environment during my visit !!!

No one has to explain interventions, because they already know that I am aware.

Everything went very smoothly. The doctor is very nice and plans a follow-up visit in a few months.

Dr Merit Nassif is kind, understanding, compassionate and most importantly informative. I experienced a traumatic loss and she was able to sit with me until I felt strong enough to leave her office. She let me speak and she listened. Her compassion will always be a fond memory. thank you for caring about your patients.

Doctor come to room unprepared and didn't even open computer to look for my history. After answering some of her questions she wrote answers in paper an kept asking same question again. During discussion she doesn't express any empathy and keep asking what I want to do. If I know how to treat it I would go to doctor. Feeling regret that I chose to go to her.
