If the doctor's are very strict about the patient's appt time , they should also complement the same exact requests.

She made me feel so comfortable, and safe. Exceeded my expectation

The provider herself was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. The system through which trying to get an appointment is awful. I tried going to three immediate care locations in the Advocate network and none were available so I had to go out of network to be seen. Then when scheduling a follow up appointment for 7-10 days later, the soonest was 15 days out. Thankfully a nurse was able to assist and get me in by day 10. Overall trying to make an appointment through advocate is a huge pain and gamble.

Everyone is very kind, especially the nurse who works with the doctor.
