Considerate and gentle
I believe I checked the box on the paperwork that says Lesbian/Gay, and this is what I see on the online portal. However, the new doctor was not aware of this and mentioned that it shows up as "prefer not to say" on her end. This makes things awkward for everyone. She was kind about it but I wish that I didn't have to come out to every new doctor I see because the paperwork system doesn't work as intended. This affected my healthcare recommendations because it was assumed that I was having intercourse that could result in getting pregnant.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Made the experience very comfortable and eased any anxiety I was having. Great communication through the entire process.

i had something come up on an ultrasound. it wasn't mentioned in my appointment. a voicemail was left about it. when i called back for more information no one was available to speak to me or give me more information
It seems as if we are in socialized medicine. I have an urgent issue and was able to make appointments, but it is stretching out now to two weeks and I still don't know what the next step will be.
