Provider did not listen to my concerns. She did not make time to explain the next steps. She did not even say when test results would be available or how I would get them.
Every time I have visited the 10 N. Cumberland location it has been an immensely pleasant experience. Everyone is always on time, communicative, organized, prepared and very kind. I always felt taken care of as every team member takes a little extra time to ensure a great patient experience. I also recently had an appointment at the Parkside location and it was a vastly different experience. I waited a VERY long time for my provider, the nurses didn't communicate very well during the process, and no one even told me I needed to leave a urine sample. I had to find a nurse and ask her before I used the restroom and even then, had to find my own cup and was responsible for labeling it myself. It was a bit frustrating and I was grateful that was the only time I had to go to this location. The patient experience was so wildly different between the two locations that I will be making a point to make all appointments at the Cumberland location moving forward.
My doctor retired and I was very pleased with the new doctor
Dr. Nassif was excellent. Front desk person was rude and unhelpful.

Wait times are getting excessive
Dr. Nassif listened to my concerns, answered my questions and is taking my health and medical issues/ concerns seriously and is promptly getting me the tests/treatment I may need. She is truly a wonderful doctor and I would recommend her to my friends and family.
Visit is quick so be sure to ask questions if you have them- they do take the time to answer. Also, sometimes it's weird to have things on your portal you didn't expect (like a gender reveal and you weren't sure you wanted without warning) or a test result and then a call 48 hours later to give you the same info. Overall we've had a good experience so far.

Dr Nassif was extremely kind and friendly and put me at ease right away. I appreciate that she was not judgemental as I had not been to an OBGYN in several years. She was informative and I didn't feel rushed.
