Whole staff was amazing.

They were very helpful and pleasant, especially considering my pregnancy is high risk, I've been worried about my babies. They were kind and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr Ruffin and her team are some of the best care providers I have ever had. Very attentive and helpful. She was running behind due to a delivery but more than makes up for that in her care!

I appreciate Dr. Ruffin's excellent care.

I was directed to a room and checked in by a nurse in a timely manner. However, I spent roughly 45 minutes waiting for the doctor without any prior awareness she may have been running behind on schedule.

Well apparently this appointment was not needed. After waiting an hour I was informed my appointment was not necessary. So the last dr that saw me set up this appointment which stressed me out and had me worried. I drove to this appointment then waited and paid the go post to find out the appointment was cancelled. I love dr Ruffin. It wasn't her fault or an appointment she set up. She tried to explain to me what might of happened. I was still disappointed

All the staff were very friendly and listened. Dr. Ruffin was awesome, really took time to listen and explain everything to me. She answered all my questions and never seemed like she was rushing.
