Provider was personable and knowledgeable. As a first time patient I plan to continue care with the provider.

I don't think the front desk girls checked me in correctly. I waited over an hour, many people came and left while I was waiting. When I finally asked the desk how much longer, I was immediately called back.

Dr. Ruffin and the new Physician Assistant that joined the group listened carefully to my concerns and fully answered all of my questions. They were very friendly which made me feel comfortable during the visit. The reception staff were also very friendly upon checking in and checking out.

It took a few months to get an appointment but the Dr was on time to my appointment
