Dr Ruffin and her staff are kind, caring, and professional in their caretaking.
Had a good experience with all staff, but waited 45 mins between my NST testing and seeing the doctor which was frustrating.
My provider was very pleasant to be seen by. She was caring & took the time to help me. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Crystal Ruffin is an excellent doctor and Aurora is lucky to have her!!!!
Dr. Ruffin got me in for this appt as soon as she could as I was experiencing some pretty extreme anxiety with this pregnancy. She made me feel normal and not crazy and gave me the help I needed so I can hopefully start feeling better.
I was given a clip-on transponder when I arrived. Unfortunately, I realized that I was still wearing it when I got home. I returned it to the person in the reception area the next day. There should be some reminder to return it before leaving. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done this.
Dr Ruffin is always apologetic when she is running late but I understand that when your doc also delivers babies, her timeliness is beyond her control.? She is always efficient and listens carefully to any concerns I might have.
I really appreciate Dr Ruffin's care. She is a very caring person.
The day before my appointment I was called by the office and was begged to come in 1 hour later. I agreed. When I did come in, I was told there were no rooms available, and I had to wait in the hall. I waited 45 minutes to 1 hour in the hallway, and I was the only one waiting for a room that whole time. I even asked if they had forgotten me. I was told since my appointment was an hour later, that is the time they went by. Next time I am begged by this office to change my appointment time, I won't because I have to wait forever no matter what I do. Doctor was wonderful to me, and I didn't tell her what happened because she has nothing to do with the asinine way patients are scheduled in this office. If you ask a patient to change their appointment, then don't make them wait forever to see the doctor.
I like my provider. I think the hospital has systemic issues that make it difficult and unnecessarily costly to be a patient here.
