Dr. Ruffin and her staff are very kind, accommodating, and have been instrumental in helping me feel comfortable and positive about my pregnancy. I know I can go to them with any issues and it's taken care of in a timely manner.

This was my 1st visit so medical hx and TX options were discussed w the doctor and not the team. Doctor had many patients that day so she was very busy. She and her staff did everything they were supposed to do so I have no complaints. Having worked in the health field most of my adult life, I know she and her staff did an excellent job as a new patient, which will determine whether the dr will be your regular dr or if it's just a one-time visit. She definitely has my stamp of approval.

Pleasant people

While she may not be on time always, I know that her profession can have lots of last minute necessary appointments, so I appreciate all that she does. She truly cares about her patients.

Wait time was long but staff were very sincerely apologetic about it and Dr Ruffin was really awesome. Procedure went well. I waited 45 mins for labs but had to dip to picking up my son. I understand there was only 1 lab tech but not sure why it took so long considering we didnt have that many people waiting for labs.

Dr. Ruffin is very caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Ruffin showed that she cared and wrote a letter to me as soon as my test results came in.

Provider was personable and knowledgeable. As a first time patient I plan to continue care with the provider.

I don't think the front desk girls checked me in correctly. I waited over an hour, many people came and left while I was waiting. When I finally asked the desk how much longer, I was immediately called back.

Dr. Ruffin and the new Physician Assistant that joined the group listened carefully to my concerns and fully answered all of my questions. They were very friendly which made me feel comfortable during the visit. The reception staff were also very friendly upon checking in and checking out.
