So great to be treated like an educated adult vs a doctor simply going through the motions. The nurse was thorough and accommodating, with regard to pre and post operation routines. Everyone was very nice and professional, but wait times were unacceptable. I'm asked to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment to check in, however, I was still waiting in the lobby 20 minutes after my appointment started. After my vitals were checked, it took another 20 minutes for me to be seen by the doctor. I only had about five minutes of interaction between the nurses and doctor, yet I was there for an hour in total.

Dr Ruffin is very patient and caring, she is very easy to talk to! I highly recommend her!
