I'm 5-10 tall and 143 lbs so improving health is not a major factor. The receptionists at the front seem to never smile and be nice enough to make me commend them however, based on several years of interaction. Thank you.

Dr. Klarquist is an amazing doctor.

My only issue is for all the medical / nursing assistants / blood techs to introduce themselves. They seem welcoming but there seems to be no standard of communication to introduce themselves, it is very inconsistent. I have no complaints about Dr Klarquist, he is always on point.

Very pleasant experience.

After my appointment with Tom, which went swimmingly, I had to go downstairs and get my labs done. Signed in and waited 30 minutes and then began to watch people who signed in after I did being called in before me...while I had to go to a different location for the next appointment. Needless to say after having wasted my time already, I skipped the other appointment completely because I had to get to work. Please don't waste my time like that again. Thank you.

This was a specially arranged visit to release me for an upcoming surgery. Dr. Klarquist responded quickly to my needs and fit me in. The Advocate System was not as responsive, and I had to depend on Dr. Klarquist to make it happen.

The provider was new to me and very accepting and sufficient and he heard my concerns.

I waited one hour for a quick appointment to see the doc for labwork. The wait times keep getting longer and harder to get an appointment
