I highly recommend Dr Merlo. She is professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, knows her patient's history. I've gone to her for years and have really appreciated her caring attitude. She also doesn't keep her patients waiting. There was a longer issue that I needed to address about15 years ago and we set up another appointment to properly address the issue, But at the other end, I needed to see her for a surgery last week (although it was sort of elective time wise, there was a cancellation and I was able to get my torn knee meniscus operated on 3 weeks earlier.) Dr Merlo was able to fit me in, I think by coming in early. Her office had me come in at 8:15am so I could get clearance for the surgery.

The automated phone call to confirm your upcoming appointment needs to be shortened. It's ridiculous to sit on the phone that long. I just hang up!
