The receptionist handed me papers to fill out. I was called back by the nurse and she said she had the information from when I did they pre-check. Obviously, the receptionist did not do her due diligence when she handed me the papets. Had a 8am appointment and was not seen until 825am. Not great time management.

I like Dr. Merlo as my primary doctor she is very nice.

Dr. Merlo is an excellent physician!

The doctor was backed up with her appointments so maybe she is scheduled too tightly. After the initial nurse taking blood pressure, weight, etc. it took the doctor at least 30 min. to get into the room. She apologized for the wait, but, as I said, maybe she is scheduled too tightly with no wiggle room between patient appts.
