I was a patient over five years ago and had not been in the system for the past five years so re-entered the system as a New Patient which is why no one informed me about the Pre-Appt. Calls. This office was exceptional start to finish.

When the Dr. is running behind, it would be helpful if the practice would notify the patient of the approximate waiting time.
my initial nurse needs to work on her demeanor to be more kind and approachable. she comes off as gruff and just getting her work done without a pleasant attitude. i don't recall that age even gave her babe but i've had in her past sbd wasn't impressed. versus the very kind nurse who gave me shot (which i always stress about but she had great calming effect) and had a smile on her face.?
Dr. Merlo always explains things fully, in an understandable manner. She is thorough and efficient in her work, and very respectful of my concerns.

She seems to always be in a hurry. I don't believe that is her fault, more time needs to be allowed for patients so we don't feel rushed.
