The medical assistant was friendly, warm and very efficient and kind. The MD was ok, hurried, and did a subpar exam. For a yearly checkup did not listen to heart or lungs under my clothes, did not look in ears, nose or mouth and did not check my thyroid. I do not feel comfortable knowing this is my main medical exam for the year and that my insurance benefit was used for a suboptimal experience.
