I feel Dr. Merlo may be a bit rushed. I've seen her for many years. It seems like we should be on a friendlier basis but it's all business and it's quick quick quick. I do like her though. She's probably overworked.
I am actively seeking a new PCP. Completely dissatisfied with Dr. Merlo. I lack confidence in her skill and ability.
The doctor seemed very busy and did not want to see me any longer then she had too.
Dr Merlo may have 100's or 1,000's of patients but she makes me feel like I matter, my health and health goals matter. She's positive, even in challenging situations. I appreciate her very much!
Always feel there is a thorough exam and evaluation of my health.
Dr. Merlo and staff have always been great. Taking time and not rushing through. Answering questions and honestly concerned about me.
