I was a new patient for Dr. Williams. She asked a lot if questions to understand past history. I have had the same doctor for over 20 years, until she retired. Starting with a new doctor isn't easy. Dr. Williams made me feel very comfortable and I truly appreciated that.

Dr. Williams listened to everything I had to say. She was compassionate during my exam. She understood that my issue is impacting my quality of life and she made sure to let me know about options. She included everything from waiting it out to an immediate course of treatment. I've not had this kind of compassion from an MD in a long time.

I was in for an exam, and had my chart been read or looked at, I wouldn't have gone through the process of a pap smear, I had a partial hysterectomy 23 years ago. I had to ask the Dr. if perhaps that why she couldn't find a cervix. Outside of that, the Dr. Was very professional and I felt very comfortable with her
