I contacted Dr. Williams about an ongoing issue. She assured me that this was something to keep an eye on but probably does not need surgery. I should return if there are additional problems. She is pleasant and friendly. I would recommend Dr Williams to other women in the future. The receptionist, on the other hand, looked like 30 days rain. She cross- examined my husband when he came to get a wheelchair for me (arthritis). She was not friendly when I checked in. Not a single smile crossed her face in the 10 minutes I waited. The receptionist is the face of your clinic. Thank goodness, everyone else I encountered was friendly.

Dr. Mercedes Williams is informative, reassuring, and vibrant. I was very nervous, after my OB/GYN retired, to meet someone new to me, but Dr. Williams was communicative and inquisitive about my concerns, feelings, and needs. She took time to listen and respond in a compassionate way, and made my visit as comfortable as possible. I'm so glad to have a doctor who cares and takes the time to teach when asked questions. I learned some new things while simultaneously taking care of my health.
Dr. Williams was probably the best doctor I've ever seen! She was very sweet and listened to my concerns and talked me through the entire membrane sweep I was going through! She was so amazing and I hope I get the pleasure of having her deliver my baby when she comes!

I felt as though nothing was explained to me regarding the 20 week anatomy scan. I wish I would've had an explanation on the different pictures taken of my uterus. I would have liked to be more informed about everything since I am a first time mom.
