It was my first visit to this physician due to the retirement of my previous provider. Dr. Williams was professional, thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I was impressed.

My prescription didn't make it to the pharmacy same day, I had to call office next day to get it. But I appreciated getting to see Dr. Williams, she's great.

My first appointment with Dr. Mercedes Williams was great! She made me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel rushed and she answered my questions and I had a lot of questions! I like that she is young so I'm assuming freshly graduated and so it's all fresh to her. She is so nice and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her to any woman.

Very good doctor. Listened to all your questions and answered them so you could understand them. Took her time and explained to you what she was during the exam she gave me.

Communication about doctors running late would be helpful

Had a great experience considering that in the ER my issues were dismissed.

Arrived before my appointment time and was not called back to see the doctor until 15-20 mins or so after my appointment time. No apology for the wait/delay or reason given. Otherwise the appointment with the provider went well.
