Last year when my former long-time provider retired I was nervous to start with a new doctor but Dr Williams has been great.
The doctor was very positive and she seemed to listen to me babble! She also took her time, which made me feel comfortable!

When choosing a gynecologist for myself I was searching for someone that was specifically a M.D and found Dr. Williams on the Aurora website and an image was provided there. While I do not choose my providers based on their image, I was really surprised and caught off guard when a completely different provider walked into the room. (Different from the one pictured on the website.) I understand it's a simple mistake but it could be a more serious issue for others. I was already anxious and to see someone I wasn't expecting made me more anxious for sure and talking about that took time away from my appointment. Not Dr. Williams fault at all.

Dr. Mercedes Williams is top shelf. She was caring and took the time with me. Fantastic.
Dr. Williams is a wonderful OBGYN, I feel like each time I have an office visit due to an issue she takes the time to sincerely listen to the issues I'm experiencing and explain the why and offer solutions to me that would best suit what I'm looking to remedy. She truly cares about women's health, I have not had a better gyno. She is on board with how I feel and options I could potentially want to do. It's hard to find a gyno that is on board with you as a woman and I sincerely appreciate that about Dr. Williams. I definitely recommend her for your feminine health.
