I had a very traumatic experience getting my IUD inserted when I was 16 that left me extremely nervous and scared. Dr. Williams and her team made me feel unexplainably comfortable and they ensured that I was okay. I was horrified until they taught me it's okay. I hardly felt anything at all and that's all thanks to Dr. Willams' making sure I had the right medications and made sure I was okay through it all. I have never felt more comfortable and satisfied with my care team before. No words can express how thankful I am for Dr. Willams and her team. I will be forever grateful to them.
