I switched to this doctor because I wanted someone in the Aurora network, and I am really glad I did.

Years ago I had a horrible experience with an Aurora dermatologist and didn't want to go back. Due to family history I knew it was very important for me to be seen. I located a different dermatologist close to my location and who had some very good reviews. From the time I called and made the appointment, was brought back in the room by her nurse and meetings with doctor Linda Serrano I was so impressed! Everyone was VERY caring, polite, and professional. Dr Serrano took her time with me, explained everything clearly to me. I would strongly recommend Dr Serrano to anyone!

Dr. Serrano and her team are amazing, very caring and attentive to my needs. This was a follow-up visit and before entering the exam room, Dr. Serrano already knew everything that transpired with my health since the last time I saw her. It is reassuring to know that your doctor truly cares about your health and took the time to review your records ahead of time. She is very thorough and makes sure I understand everything before we end the visit. I am very happy having her as my doctor.
