Dr. Serrano is so professional and caring. Everything seemed to be for the patient's best outcome. As a new patient, it took some time to get an appointment, but Dr. Serrano was well worth the wait. Even the staff remarked how much they enjoyed working with her. Feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor. Her nurse was equally fantastic doing everything to ensure a good outcome. She explained what would happen and how to do home care. A pure joy to have her help with my care.

It was nice that after 4 weeks they called me to see how everything was looking (rash) I wasent sure so she had me come in.She took pictures in the hospital and showed me the difference and its getting much better.
