She seems to be a very knowledgeable doctor...she was able to pinpoint my condition and come up with a line of care .. She seemed to go so fast..This was my first visit..I had another concern and totally forgot to mention it to her..Don't see her again for another 3 months.

Good visit and I actually got an appointment in less than a week which is not how it was the first time I wanted to see dr. Serrano. I had to wait over a month and by that time I was told that I really did not to keep the appointment which was canceled. It's so hard to get a timely appointment but I was lucky this time. Thank goodness.

She is not my primary care physician. Dr Serrano is a great dermatologist.
