As for dr.linda serrano, sne was by far the most lovely kind patient and direct dr visit ive ever had!...,truly! She kept me informed every step of the way during the appointment. She kept me calm, explained everything to me while doing my examination. Even when I didnt understand the verbiage,she explained it in a way for me to understand. Ive recommended her to my own family members and 2 other friends. She .ade sure to understand my family's history of skin cancer and kept me calm thro it all!! Was the 1st time ive smiled tho a doctor appointment she kept me laughing to keep me calm. Her assistant was just as kind n patient. I don't think aurora could have found a better dr....honestly. shes the kind of dr everyone should have and everyone should experience. Overall such an amazing experience!!!
