Dr. Serrano is the best!

I really like Dr. Serrano. She is very thorough, and a pleasure to talk to.

I truly feel like she cares about me. I thank God for Dr Serrano and her team. I was very ill and they were so supportive and caring as if they were my family.

Dr' Serrano was helpful in explaining my dermatology questions.

Dr. Serrano has excellent people skills. She demonstrates great communication and listening abily. She is friendly, respectful, and comes across as genuinely caring. Her knowledge in her field is clear, and she makes you feel comfortable and understood. She is easy to talk to. Speaking with her feels like talking to a family member.

Dr Serrano took the time to check all the areas of concern. She filled me on what each spot was and what to do if there are any changes. She was very concerned about a spot on my nose and explained she wanted a sample for Biopsy. Now just waiting for results.
