This Provider has such a wonderful professional and yet informal bedside manner. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and puts you at ease. She never gives the impression that she is rushing through a visit and gives you plenty of time to ask questions.

Dr Serrano is Amazing. She listened to my concerns, then explained what she thought my condition was. She gave options based on what she thought would be in my best interest and outcome. At no time did she make me feel anxious or pressured about my treatment and explained possible outcomes. I would, and have, recommend Dr Serrano for Dermatology treatments.
